Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The materials submitted for consideration meet the requirements described in the Guide for Authors and Publication Ethics.
- Conflict of interest is absent or disclosed in the submitted manuscript.
- The studies were conducted in accordance with applicable ethical principles, and, if necessary, IRB permission was obtained.
- Patients participating in the study have signed an informed consent to participate in the study.
- This manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- The materials (text, figures, tables, etc.) borrowed from other sources, including those previously published by the authors of this manuscript, are designated as citations according to the Guide for Authors.
- The editorial office reserves the right to make editorial changes and publish the translation of articles accepted for publication into English on the journal's website
- The author(s) is (are) notified of the possible reasons for rejection of a manuscript / return of a manuscript for revision / retraction of a published article: inconsistency with the subject of the journal; lack of scientific novelty; non-compliance with the requirements for design and / or ethics of publications (see above); a high percentage of borrowings; receiving two negative reviews from reviewers.
- Upon receiving comments from the editors or reviewers, the author(s) have to make appropriate amendments or send a reasoned objection to the comments received within the time frame agreed with the editorial office.
- All authors mentioned in the manuscript are familiarized with the submitted material and confirm its submission to the journal.

Any manuscript submitted for review is considered confidential.
